We are delighted to welcome Stevie Boxall, Jane Turner and Abbi Seaden.
Stevie joins as group Recruitment Manager. Stevie's expertise in sourcing the best candidates for the business will ensure business growth for all our brands.
Jane joins the Group as Customer Experience Manager and will be helping all our brands to deliver a superior customer service. This is a new role for Fexco Property Services, aimed at providing excellence in all customer service matters which we see as a vital role for our business.
Abbi joins our Crabtree brand as Operations Manager. She brings a wealth of experience in the industry and will be overseeing the running of the property department to ensure efficiency levels are maintained across the board.
Fexco Property Services
Stevie joins Fexco Property Services as a highly skilled Recruitment Manager. Having spent over ten years within property including residential sales, lettings, and LPA Receivership, and a further five years working for a recruitment company which supported our Remus brand with their recruitment externally. Stevie’s experience and knowledge in the property and recruitment sectors will build long lasting relationships with hiring managers across the Fexco Property Services Group to be as successful as possible with filling positions effectively and quickly.

Jane has worked in Customer Service across many industries for over 20 years. 12 of those were with a Global Engineering company as their Quality and Customer Care Manager. Jane looked after the customer complaints across EMEA and was responsible for devising and implementing the processes for all issues in all seven European locations. After piloting these changes in EMEA the process was replicated in the USA and China manufacturing plants and is still in use across the Global business today.
A new role for Fexco Property Services Jane is coming on board to work on current processes and improve the customer interaction at all touchpoints.
Jane is Green Belt Six Sigma qualified and has a Bsc Psychology degree, she is exceptionally focussed and happiest when she is solving problems and improving the customer journey. She is a true believer that continuous measurable improvement is the key to a successful business and the ability to be honest and own any mistakes is the first step in building trust and ultimately achieving a happier customer base and more productive workforce.
Abbi has been in the property management industry for the last six years, after working for a major housing association in their repairs and maintenance department dealing with all levels of residential block management from small RMC’s/RTM’s to large freehold clients and developers. She is MIRPM qualified and has been involved in training property managers to achieve their IRPM accreditations. Abbi oversees the running of the property management department with Hilton Gray and strives for empowering the property management teams with new processes and procedures, improving our focused customer journey.
