Niall was instrumental in establishing Fexco Property Services and has been working in the business since its inception.
Niall oversees strategy, growth and performance for the group and is a fellow of CIMA, a member of IRPM and an associate of RICS. Prior to involvement with Fexco Property Services, he has held various senior finance positions within the wider Fexco group since 2002. Niall has been involved in the residential management sector via the PICA group, the largest strata (block) manager in Australia, where he assisted Fexco with oversight and growth.
Chris has spent his entire career in the property sector. After selling his own agency to a large plc he grew their leasehold management business into one of the UK's leading managing agents. He has subsequently held a number of high-profile roles within the sector and in addition to running managing agents he has been involved with mergers and acquisitions. Chris has particular experience of working with institutional investors managing leasehold and national residential portfolios.
Mike Brown heads Bellharbour as Director of Property Management. Mike has worked in the Property Management sector for 33 years and in residential management for the last 22, specialising in managing luxury residential buildings and large mixed-use estates. He brings extensive experience both as a managing agent and on the client-side, dealing with everything from small RMCs to large developers.
Jonathan is a highly experienced Health and Safety professional and has worked across a number of sectors over his 19-year career. Now responsible for delivering H&S across the Fexco Property Services group, Jonathan also sits on the ARMA high rise buildings safety committee, and the IRPM safety working group. Jonathan provides no-nonsense practical advice across the group, which ensures a safe environment for staff, clients and home owners alike.
Rob brings over 20 years of experience as a qualified lawyer, in both the commercial property and development sectors. Previously a partner in an established Bristol and London based firm, he aims to provide a full understanding of the changing legal environment surrounding the property management industry.
Lorna has 23 years experience in the property management industry and prior to joining Fexco has had roles ranging from a client accountant to IT application support manager.
Since joining Fexco in 2018 she has implemented several projects delivering improvements and efficiencies to the business. She is currently working on a major systems implementation that will bring benefits to customers and staff alike.
Lorna is a fellow member of the AAT and holds qualifications in Enterprise Architecture and ITIL.
Dianne heads up the human resources team for the group. With over 20 years’ experience within HR, Dianne has spent a large proportion of this time within the property industry.
Dianne is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Ben heads up the corporate accounting team which handles the financial affairs of the company. Ben has over 20 years of experience and is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Jennifer joins Fexco with over 30 years of marketing, branding and creative experience, across many diverse sectors. She has worked with some well known big brands, as well as a range of organisations and businesses covering most sectors. Jennifer has extensive experience in creating timely, effective and informative customer communications.
Steve has been working in the insurance industry for over 30 years. He is an associate of the Institute of Risk Management and a member of AIRMIC. He brings a wealth of experience to the company with detailed knowledge of the property insurance market.
Kelly joins Fexco Property Services as Training Manager for the group. Kelly will be developing and administering a Property Management training programme to help individuals and groups develop their skills and knowledge within their role. She has worked within Property Management for over 12 years, having fulfilled roles within the industry in Finance and has also been a Property Manager for over 7 years
Kelly is a member of IRPM and also obtained a Masters Degree in Property Management and Investment whilst working as a Property Manager.
As Head of Client Finance and Administration, Terry's team manage all customer-facing finance matters, from accounts preparation and audit, debt collection, supplier payments, conveyancing, and property transfers. Terry brings 15 years experience in a variety of senior finance roles, managing large finance teams through system implementation and restructures across multiple industries.
Terry has been a member of FCCA for 13 years.
A new role for Fexco Property Services Jane is coming on board to work on current processes and improve the customer interaction at all touchpoints.
Jane has over 20 years of experience working within the customer service and complaint sector and has successfully managed the customer journey in many industries including Engineering, Sports and Leisure, Catering and Entertainment. Jane loves solving customer queries, her focus is on providing a seamless process across the group to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained to the highest level.
Green Belt Six Sigma qualified and with a Psychology degree under her belt, she is well equipped to help to solve problems as they arise and sees every challenge as an opportunity for continuous improvement.
Stevie joins Fexco Property Services as a highly skilled Recruitment Manager. Having spent over ten years within property including residential sales, lettings, and LPA Receivership, and a further five years working for a recruitment company which supported our Remus brand with their recruitment externally. Stevie’s experience and knowledge in the property and recruitment sectors will build long lasting relationships with hiring managers across the Fexco Property Services Group to be as successful as possible with filling positions effectively and quickly.
