A new Group Director of Property Management

Martin Chuter FNAEA & MARLA heads the group's property teams
We are delighted to have Martin on board as Group Director of Property Management. He will oversee all aspects of property management and provide pivotal support for our property management brands; Crabtree, Bellharbour, and Remus. As the group expands, with property teams across England and Wales, we needed a senior appointment to ensure our business goals remain aligned groupwide.
Martin has worked in the property management sector for most of his career. He has several years' experience in senior operational and management positions, agent side with both a large plc and national managing agents, as well as client-side with both a major developer and a large housing association. Martin is highly skilled in developing operational teams to successfully deliver property services that meet client requirements.
