If you're tired of your current managing agent, switching to us couldn't be easier.
We're extremely experienced with companies switching to us - so we know how to make it as painless as possible for you. You can also read our notes on 'Choosing the right agent'.
Here's how we do it:
- We know that typically, you will need to give your current managing agent three months notice or more, but we use that time wisely to get things in place for you.
- Within that time frame, we can have consulted with you and formed a realistic and solid plan for your future management needs.
- Our consultation with you will include a free, no-obligation review of your current requirements, such as your service charge budget and the state of the finances for the property. If applicable we'll hold a meeting with your residents to understand any issues faced and undertake a visual review of the communal parts. We promise to be very open with you after our assessment, and whilst we may not always be able to help save you money, a fresh start with a new team may well yield a better service over time.
- After you nominate us as your agent, we will liaise with the outgoing agent to ensure a smooth handover of all relevant documents, keys, service charge funds and other relevant information. This is a process that we are familiar with and have very clear procedures already in place.
Sometimes you may not have the power to appoint a managing agent or the authority to appoint us will not sit with you. If so, please still contact us as we may be able to advise.
