In order to become a member of a management company/CIC you must agree to pay the service charges associated with that property.

No matter what you intend to - buy, sell, or transfer, there will always be certain legal documentation and information required. Your solicitor or conveyancer will need to have details provided about the service charge, and other legal documentation., as will a mortgage company.
